Major characteristics

2,the machine works by weighing the use of gravity to achieve the filling volume control. When the filling is given by the load cell signal, the valve opens by PLC programmable controller to control the filling;The filling volume of single filling head and multiple filling heads can be adjusted in touch screen.
3,the machine filling part by the rapid filling and slow filling composition, filling valve fully open when the initial filling, fast-filling; filling to be fast feed value when filling valve is closed to slow filling loading position, slow-filling, in order to ensure the accuracy of the filling; arrived target feed value, the filling valve is closed.
4,This machine have block device, to eliminate the phenomenon of drawing or drip filling viscous liquid
5,the machine has a good dive defoaming functions, can automatically adjust the feed tube under rising feed flow rate based on the speed of the filling process to reduce bubble.
6. The filling machine is controlled by PLC system and touch screen. Automatic control and manual control can be switched freely. It has system of self-check, fault alarm, display motion state, accuracy, speed and adjustment. With its own man-machine interface, all parameters can be operated on the man-machine interface.

Durable, scale display, convenient specification adjustment, easy cleaning
This machine uses the working principle of self-flow weighing. PLC control filling valve; This machine has no material box, simple structure, convenient cleaning, quick loading interface for easy disassembly.
Applicable bottle type
This machine is linear piston type filling machine, with 304 stainless steel environmental protection closed frame, tempered glass door stainless steel edge protection (not frameless ordinary glass), the top left with suction port.
Threshold protection: the host is equipped with a safety door threshold alarm device. During normal production, open the safety door (around the door), and the host automatically alarms and stops the machine;
An oil-water separator is installed in front of the intake main pipe. When the pressure is too high or too low, the host automatically alarms and stops the machine; (All the above alarms are touch screen display and sound and light alarms at the same time)
